We will book your hotels, tours, transfers and you leave you the freedom to fill in the gaps (flights, meal reservations, and downtime). Ideal option for the experienced traveler who wants some professional guidance to help ease the mental load. Gain hotel perks not available via any online booking platforms.
Very VIP Honeymoon Package- Our most popular package- We will plan, book and execute the logistics of your trip from start to finish including all airport transfers, hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, tours, flights* and everything in between. We will work with our in-destination partners to curate and safeguard your perfect trip giving guidance and security before, during and after your return home.
Wedding Guest Hotel Blocks Comparison & Booking- We will find the best accommodation option for your wedding guests needs and budget in a hotel block in your venues area, do all the communication with the reservations teams, and get you that room block code for your wedding website ASAP. About The Mission & Our President

Our president Meredith (hi, it's me lol) was born and raised in the DMV, where home was equidistant from IAD and BWI. Fortunate enough to have memories traveling as far back as she can recall, the love of travel and adventure was instilled into her at a young age. With extensive experience and knowledge in a plethora of destinations, our President specializes in the following: The Canadian Rockies, Italy (more specifically Rome to Milan, Lake Como and The Dolomites), South Africa, Hawaii, Alaska, US National Parks, Las Vegas, New England, Turks & Caicos. Northern California and Cabo.

Meredith owns a luxury wedding planning company and team HQed in the DMV with a resume of managing, coordinating and planning over 200 weddings and events. She absolutely loves what she does and makes it her mission to take any possible weight off her clients shoulders. She noticed how some of her couples truly wanted the all inclusive caribbean vacation, and others settled for it because they did not have the bandwidth to plan or execute a more complex itinerary alone (spoiler alert: The Honeymoon BFF handles both preferences).

The Honeymoon BFF Travel Firm was established by someone who truly gets couples travel and instilled the need for quality, safe, insured, adventurous travel at the company's core (Our President may have planned her and her husbands destination wedding from 2,300 miles away within 6 months). Life is busy, wedding planning is crazy, some clients are closing on houses, having children, you name it. We also work with an extensive network of suppliers within the luxury travel world with decades of knowledge on all the best, most popular, and hidden gems of the world. We have in-destination connections to assure your safety in case of emergency, and to just take care of you in general. Once you sign our contract, not to be weird but you're sort of family.
